Placing an Order

You can book through our THEEB AI Concierge. Enter your pickup and delivery details, choose your service type, and confirm your booking. Your THEEB Code is generated instantly.

Yes. You can schedule pickups and deliveries for any future date or time. THEEB will assign the best service automatically.


What You Can Send

You can send parcels, luggage, electronics, documents, personal items, and business goods. For large or bulky items, choose our home shift or specialist partner services.

Yes. Hazardous materials, illegal items, weapons, flammable goods, and unsafe batteries are not permitted. Contact THEEB AI if you are unsure about an item.


Preparing Your Items

Use strong double-wall boxes, protective padding, and secure tape. Fragile items must be individually wrapped and cushioned on all sides.

Yes. Each item must include your THEEB Job ID and delivery details to ensure accurate routing.


Collections

After booking, THEEB assigns the best available driver or partner. You will receive a collection window and real-time updates as your driver approaches.

Yes, unless you have arranged a safe-place collection. High-value items always require a signature.


Tracking

Enter your THEEB code or courier tracking number on our tracking page to view real-time updates, service or driver status and partner handovers.

A unique reference number assigned to your delivery or service (e.g., TB-HRT-XXXX, TB-DLV-XXXX). It allows you to track progress and contact support.


Delivery

Delivery times depend on your service type. Same-day services are rapid, while scheduled and standard services follow estimated timeframes shown during booking.

The driver may leave the item in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or attempt redelivery depending on your preferences and service type.


Payments

THEEB accepts major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online payment gateways.

Refunds are available for cancellations made before dispatch. Once a job is active, cancellation fees may apply.


Business Services

Yes. Business customers can access bulk pricing, scheduled pickups, monthly invoicing, and API integrations.
